Join Swan, Europe's embedded banking specialist, as an Operations Specialist in one of three key operational teams: KYC, Transaction Monitoring, or Customer Experience. In this role, you will support and improve the operational processes of your team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You should have 3 to 6 years of experience in a related operational role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Missions
- Support and improve the operational perimeter of the team by owning process-related topics from design through implementation and ongoing improvement.
- Design and formalize processes, coordinate the creation and maintenance of SOPs with Operations managers, and resolve process gaps and inconsistencies.
- Gather operational feedback, incidents, and quality issues; conduct structured root cause analyses; prioritize corrective and preventive actions.
