Senior Data Analyst

Join Swan, a leading European fintech specializing in embedded banking. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable recommendations and lead initiatives to improve data practices within the company. This hybrid role combines data analysis and data enablement, allowing you to shape both what the team delivers and how they work.

Missions

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs priorités et les aider à formuler les bonnes questions, en dirigeant les projets de données de la définition à la livraison.
• Assurer que les données dans votre domaine reflètent réellement le fonctionnement de l'entreprise, en définissant et en maintenant les KPI, en enquêtant sur les cas particuliers et en écrivant des spécifications claires.
• Diriger les initiatives internes qui rendent l'équipe plus efficace et cohérente, telles qu'un cycle de vie de tableau de bord partagé, un processus commun pour définir et valider les KPI.

Profil recherché

Preferred experience

You’re a great match if:

• You have 6+ years of experience in data analytics and have worked closely with business stakeholders, ideally non-technical ones.

• You're fluent in SQL and at ease with a BI tool such as Metabase.

• You've led the adoption of new standards or processes across a team, convincing peers without having authority over them, and can show what changed as a result.

• You're pragmatic about process: you know how to keep standards lightweight and focused on what really solves the problem.

• You have grit and follow-through: you're the person who turns ideas into reality, keeps momentum when things get slow or messy, and doesn't let a project quietly die.

• You enjoy sharing knowledge: training, documentation, onboarding or helping others become autonomous with data.

• You handle sensitive or confidential data with care and discretion.

• You're excited by a hybrid role, half business partner, half making the team and the company work better with data.

• You share our values: team spirit, transparency, ownership, and the humility to keep learning.

Even better if:

• You have experience with dbt or building data marts.

• You've worked on data catalogs, KPI governance or dashboard lifecycle initiatives.
