Make an impact
- Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality for Jewelry and Crystal Living products.
- Create technical requirement, process parameters, technical instruction for manufacturing.
- Set objectives, plans, and schedule multiple product launch to accomplish defined objectives to meet manufacturing goals.
- Develop and improve existing processes and methods for control and troubleshooting of manufacturing technical problems.
- Ensure tool/jig readiness through the design, fabrication and testing of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to process flow, process deviation, tooling, gluing.
- Recommend and coordinate process improvement activities with cross functional team.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Education background in Mechanical or relevant majors.
- Ideally 5+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment in similar role.
- Strong capability of CAD and 3D design, especially NX or Rhino is preferable.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Independent and team orientation, strong ability to gain trust with all levels of stakeholders.
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
