Join our dynamic team of communications professionals!
What you will do
- Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
- Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them.
- Build and send communications campaigns.
- Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com.
Who you are
- A seasoned communications professional with at least three years’ experience in a multicultural environment.
- Ideally, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and in communications platforms, including content management systems (Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
