Description
Switchboard is seeking a BDR Manager on behalf of our client, Yooz. We’re looking for a hands-on sales leader who has lived the BDR life and now wants to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of four BDRs. Someone who knows what a great cold call sounds like, can turn activity into pipeline, and gets genuinely fired up when their reps get promoted.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four BDRs focused on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
Own team pipeline-generation targets and hold reps accountable to monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, and opportunity goals
Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and team trainings to sharpen cold-calling, objection handling, and personalized outreach to CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and AP leaders
Partner with Account Executives to align territory strategy and ensure smooth, high-quality handoffs of sales-ready opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing on inbound lead routing, campaign follow-up, and messaging that converts
Build and refine BDR playbooks, cadences, and onboarding to ramp new hires quickly
Drive CRM discipline and use activity and conversion data to spot trends, diagnose gaps, and forecast pipeline
Recruit, hire, and develop BDRs with a clear path toward closing roles
Requirements
2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring BDRs (formal management, team lead, or player-coach roles all count)
Strong command of outbound fundamentals: phone, email, social, and multi-touch cadences
Data-driven mindset, comfortable managing to metrics and turning activity reports into coaching
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team through rejection-heavy work
Experience selling to finance or accounting buyers is a plus
Compensation & Location
Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 OTE (On Target Earnings = Base Salary + Bonus)
Location: Dallas metro area (hybrid), in office 3 days per week
