What we need

We are seeking talented professionals to joinSymbotic’sOperations Development Program (ODP). This dynamic,18-monthrotational program is designed to prepare high-potential individuals for impactful leadership roles across Operations. As an ODP Associate,As an ODP Associate, you will rotate throughSymbotic’score Operations business functions, gaining valuable exposure to key areas, building cross-functionalexpertise, and developinga strong foundationfor a successful leadership career.

As an ODP Associate, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of Customer Operations while buildingexpertisein warehouse automation, system performance, customer operations, and continuous improvement. Through rotational assignments, technical immersion, mentorship, and project-based learning, you will develop the skills needed to make an immediate impactinone of the world's most advanced automated distribution environments.

Upon successful completion of the program, associates are expected to transition into operations leadership opportunities across Customer Operations and related operational functions. AtSymbotic,you'llhelp transform the future of supply chain automation while working alongside teams that deliver innovative technology solutions and operational excellence for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Participate in a structured rotational program with exposure to operational, technical, and customer-facing functions.

• Gain hands-on experience supporting the operation and performance ofSymbotic'sautomated systems.

• Build foundational knowledge across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service functions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and customers to drive safety, quality, productivity, and performance outcomes.

• Analyze operational data,identifyimprovement opportunities, and support corrective actions.

• Complete capstone projects that contribute to operational excellence and customer success.

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development throughout the program.

Whatyou’llneed

• Passionate and driven individuals with a recentmaster's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain, or abachelor'sdegree with equivalent work or military experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

• Passion for technology, operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Flexibility torelocateand travel as needed during the program.

• Flexible working hours,overtimeand travel required.

• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to motivate cross-functional or cross-facility teams in a fast-paced operations environment.

Our Environment

• Up to 75% of travel may berequired,travel during ODP program. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

• The employeeis responsible forowning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.

• There will be steep stairs to climb into the structure. You maybe requiredto routinely walk up and down stairs to navigate the automation structure.

• You will regularly be near railings that are high off the ground.

• Subject to environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes. Must be capable of working in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit.

• Frequent ability tosafely and efficiently lift items weighingup to 50lbs and move items weighing up to 80lbs.

• Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and isfrequentlyrequiredto walk and reach with hands and arms.

• The employeeis routinely required towork at heights of up to 45 feet and within restrictive areas of 24 inches. Where you may need to be able to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Must be capable of occasional and/or continuous feeling, seeing, hearing, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, balancing, gripping, climbing, crawling, sitting, handling objects, and repetitive movement using both hands and feet. Mustcomply withall safety requirements and protocols, including without limitation Lock out tag out safety protocols and fall protection safety protocols.
