We are seeking an experienced Front End Lead to spearhead the development of sophisticated data visualization and observability platforms. You will be responsible for designing scalable frontend architectures, building reusable UI components, and ensuring seamless integration with backend microservices. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical strategy, mentor engineering talent, and drive best practices in a high-impact environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and frameworks to support complex data visualization.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend microservices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E automated tests to ensure high code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues using logs, telemetry, and browser diagnostics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend, DevOps, and Product to deliver high-performance solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish frontend engineering best practices and code review standards.
- Support CI/CD processes and maintain technical documentation for system architecture.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of professional software development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with frontend architecture, state management, and reusable component development.
- Proven track record in REST API integration and working with microservices.
- Hands-on experience with unit and E2E testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with RxJS, NgRx, Angular Signals, and modern frontend tooling.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is highly preferred.
