We are looking for skilled .NET Developers to join a high-performing engineering team based in Pune. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise software within an Agile environment. This role focuses on modern, test-driven development practices to deliver secure, resilient, and high-quality solutions in a hybrid work model.

Our client is a prominent global player in the insurance sector, known for delivering innovative technology solutions that drive industry transformation. They maintain a fast-paced, collaborative engineering culture that prioritizes technical excellence and scalable software architecture. With a focus on modernizing enterprise systems, they offer a dynamic environment for engineers to work on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build secure enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and React.
  • Architect and maintain microservices and event-driven systems to support business operations.
  • Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing to ensure high code quality.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product teams to evolve reference architectures.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD delivery pipelines for seamless production deployments.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence through clean, maintainable code.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices and automate deployment environments to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Extensive expertise in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
  • Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue, along with modern JavaScript.
  • Proven track record in building microservices, distributed architectures, and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud components and services.
  • Strong understanding of TDD, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, SRE principles, and secure coding standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
