We are looking for a strategic Delivery Manager to lead complex enterprise Data and AI transformation programs. This role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery, defining data architecture strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders to drive business value through modern data ecosystems.

Our client is a prominent global leader in the computer software industry, specializing in advanced data analytics and digital transformation services. They are known for driving innovation through large-scale enterprise solutions and maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise Data and AI transformation programs across global teams.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, resource planning, delivery quality, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish robust delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational excellence standards.
  • Define enterprise data strategy, target-state architecture, and modernization roadmaps.
  • Architect scalable Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within data modernization and AI initiatives.
  • Lead business discovery sessions and facilitate transformation workshops with executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in data delivery management and enterprise data architecture.
  • Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, and IICS.
  • Strong proficiency in Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and Data Modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, Netezza, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with modern cloud platforms including Azure and Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of Databricks and PySpark for advanced data processing.
  • Proven track record of managing large delivery teams and driving modernization programs.
  • Ability to work from the office 5 days a week in Pune or Gurugram.
