The M365 Engineer will support the IT Workplace Microsoft 365 skill set alongside Active Directory, Citrix, SCCM and Intune, delivering services in line with agreed Service Levels. The role involves resolving incidents and completing tasks within SLA, and engaging with customers in technical meetings on IT infrastructure workplace services. This is a Work From Office position based in Pune.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises, SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, ADFS and AADC identity and directory services
  • Support Citrix, SCCM and Intune for endpoint and application management
  • Ensure tasks and incidents are completed and resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Manage DNS, file and print services and TrendMicro antivirus within the workplace environment
  • Support Azure-related workplace components as part of the IT workplace scope
  • Participate in customer meetings to discuss technical aspects of IT infrastructure workplace services
  • Prepare and maintain service reports and incident documentation

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in IT workplace or Microsoft 365 engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Experience with Active Directory, Citrix, SCCM and Intune
  • Familiarity with ADFS, AADC, DNS and Azure
  • Understanding of IT service management and SLA-driven support
  • Strong communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions
