Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager will lead delivery efforts for permanent hiring and contract-to-hire mandates. This role is designed for experienced search firm professionals who can manage complex client relationships and drive successful recruitment outcomes. You will operate in a fully remote environment, overseeing end-to-end delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for permanent and contract-to-hire mandates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure
• Manage and mentor recruitment teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Strategize and execute sourcing plans for mid-to-senior level positions
• Ensure adherence to client-specific hiring timelines and quality standards
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize delivery performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, executive search, or staffing firms
• Proven track record of successful closures for mid-to-senior level mandates
• Strong expertise in permanent hiring delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, high-growth environment
• Experience in managing teams and complex client mandates
• Exposure to contract-to-hire staffing is considered an advantage
