Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a global team focused on enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems for major banking and investment management clients. You will play a hands-on role in designing and developing new features, integrating third-party platforms, and ensuring the delivery of a unified client ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce Lightning and a commitment to following industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Implement regional and global business requirements using Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with various third-party and internal platforms to create a unified client experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with the overall technical vision.
• Maintain high standards for development, code quality, and system performance.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA.
• 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Programming, Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on the financial services domain.
