Senior Data Development Analyst

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of Master Data Governance solutions within large-scale ERP rollouts. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders to define data standards, ensure data quality, and optimize data management processes. The position requires a strategic mindset to align technical vision with business needs in a complex, multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Master Data Governance solutions as part of S4 Hana ERP rollouts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define data standards, and ensure high data quality.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to data teams to ensure the successful execution of management initiatives.
• Design and configure MDG processes to align with specific business requirements.
• Manage and coordinate with partner resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP MDG and related technologies to optimize data management workflows.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance, implementing improvements and adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Architecture within complex multi-national environments.
• Proven experience with SAP MDG and S4 Hana deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Data Modeling, Data Governance, and Data Quality practices.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills with the ability to influence global leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics.
• SAP certification is highly preferred.
