Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support complex financial and accounting processes. Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems
• Ensure the security and data protection of all web applications
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment

Requirements

• 7-12 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of database schema design and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
