The Site Facilities Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities services for a large corporate office of over 100,000 sq. ft. in Bengaluru. The role oversees engineering operations, workplace services, EHS, vendor governance, statutory compliance and business continuity, while ensuring an excellent employee experience. The incumbent partners closely with business leaders and service providers to drive efficiency, cost optimization and sustainability.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integrated facilities management for a corporate office portfolio exceeding 100,000 sq. ft. in Bengaluru
- Ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of engineering, workplace, security, transport, food services and administration
- Manage facility infrastructure, preventive maintenance and critical building systems to maximize operational uptime
- Lead vendor governance, contract management and SLA/KPI performance reviews
- Drive statutory compliance, EHS programs, audit readiness and business continuity planning
- Manage office fit-outs, renovations, relocations and workplace transformation initiatives
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, sustainability and operational efficiency
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, employees, landlords and service providers
- Lead and develop the site facilities team while fostering a customer-centric culture
- Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management
- 12-15 years of facilities management experience, preferably in IT/ITES
- Experience managing corporate facilities exceeding 100,000 sq. ft.
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, vendor management, statutory compliance and EHS
- Experience leading capital projects, fit-outs and renovations
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and operational excellence
- Understanding of business continuity planning and audit readiness
- Ability to work onsite five days a week in Bengaluru
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management 12-15 years of facilities management experience, preferably in IT/ITES Experience managing corporate facilities exceeding 100,000 sq. ft. Strong knowledge of engineering systems, vendor management, statutory compliance and EHS Experience leading capital projects, fit-outs and renovations Proven track record in stakeholder management and operational excellence Understanding of business continuity planning and audit readiness Ability to work onsite five days a week in Bengaluru
