Fixed Income Middle Office Business Analyst / Program Manager

This hybrid role sits within the Fixed Income Middle Office and combines program management, business analysis and technology delivery. You will drive regulatory and operational change programs, map and document trade lifecycle processes, and provide governance, reporting and executive-level dashboards to senior stakeholders across regions. The position suits a seasoned professional who can bridge business, operations and technology teams to deliver complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and program governance for Fixed Income Middle Office change initiatives
• Map, document and optimise Fixed Income trade lifecycle and middle office and operations processes
• Validate trade flows with Middle Office and Operations teams and resolve gaps
• Manage clearing, collateral and margin process requirements within change programs
• Track internal and external legal agreements and ensure documentation remains current
• Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles and test management activities
• Prepare board-level reports, RAG status updates and executive dashboards using JIRA, Excel and PowerPoint
• Engage and manage stakeholders across multiple regions to align priorities and delivery timelines

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Fixed Income middle office, operations or technology
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and the trade lifecycle
• Working knowledge of clearing models, collateral and margin processes
• Experience with regulatory change programs and NGFP / ACM booking models
• Proven program governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills across regions
• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Excel and PowerPoint, and process mapping tools
• Experience with test management for end-to-end testing cycles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
