Digital Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Program Manager to lead complex initiatives within a fast-paced environment. You will bridge the gap between product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and digital transformation. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution by coordinating with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and synchronize dependencies across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including planning sessions, project tracking, and retrospectives.
• Provide project clarity through effective communication with team members and senior management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive release reports and project status documentation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and partner with stakeholders to define and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 12-16 years of professional experience in program management and digital transformation.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Experience working with Adobe products in a professional capacity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA degree.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
