Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex General Insurance and Core Policy Administration System implementations. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative software company specializing in insurance technology solutions. They provide a robust middle-office platform that enables global insurers to modernize legacy systems, digitize applications, and connect with digital ecosystems through advanced API and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of insurance technology projects from requirements gathering through Go-Live and post-production stabilization.
• Manage projects involving Core Policy Administration Systems, digital transformation, and API-driven modernization initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements while maintaining detailed project plans and RAID logs.
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for senior client stakeholders and conduct regular project governance and steering committee meetings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage product configuration, business rules, workflows, data migration, and testing activities for core insurance platforms.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution to ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and quality parameters.

Requirements

• 15-18 years of overall experience in IT and Insurance Technology.
• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in insurance technology implementations.
• Strong domain expertise in General Insurance and the end-to-end P&C policy lifecycle.
• Proven experience in implementing or integrating Core Policy Administration Systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, Majesco, or TIA.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project governance frameworks.
• Experience with system integration, API-based architecture, data migration, and cloud platforms.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master are highly preferred.
