Project Manager, Operational Resilience

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in risk and compliance to join the Operational Resilience team. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and drive the development of robust resilience frameworks. • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
• Manage stakeholder communications across business units and compliance functions
• Create project documentation, timelines, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Conduct compliance assessments and gap analyses
• Develop training materials and conduct awareness sessions
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for regulatory reviews

Requirements

• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, risk, and policies in Investment Banking
• Experience with Operational Resilience frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Excel for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and departments across regional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
