We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead complex initiatives within the battery materials and smart cell components sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from development through to market introduction. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end program management for new product development and introduction of battery materials and smart cell components.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage the full product lifecycle using rigorous stage-gate process management techniques.
- Oversee the implementation of APQP and PPAP standards to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Utilize DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies to identify and mitigate technical risks during the development phase.
- Monitor project performance and resource allocation using SAP and ERP systems.
- Analyze program data and generate actionable insights using Microsoft Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with organizational goals and industry safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in program management within the battery materials or lithium-ion battery technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Smart Cell Components (SCC) and advanced battery manufacturing processes.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma is highly preferred.
- Expertise in quality management tools including APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a Work From Office environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
