Vice President, AI Program Manager

The Vice President, AI Program Manager will lead the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role involves bridging the gap between technical AI development teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global financial standards and operational goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 12-15 years of professional experience in program management, specifically within the AI or data science domain.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology programs in the financial services or banking sector.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data governance, and model risk management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
