Forward Deployment Engineer - Remote (Travel to Boston, MA as required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments.
- Develop integrations using APIs and custom code.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance platform capabilities.
- Automate deployments and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during implementation and go-live.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments.
- Background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Terraform, monitoring tools, and AI/LLM technologies.
