IBM z/OS / MVS Systems Programming - strong hands-on experience
SMP/E - software installation, maintenance, upgrades, and support
Mainframe software installation and administration
JCL and ISPF/TSO
VTAM and TCP/IP
IBM Connect
CA Session Manager and CA Spool
Mainframe systems infrastructure, architecture, and design
BMC AMI tools such as AMI OPS Automation, AMI OPS Monitors, or AMI Output Management
Technical leadership, project/program management, and stakeholder communication.
