Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. The role requires hands-on experience with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI code generation tools.The successful candidate will use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, to improve development efficiency while applying appropriate review, testing, security, and quality controls. This role contributes to business objectives by delivering reliable software, responsive user interfaces, scalable services, and maintainable technology solutions.
Software Requirements
Required
3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js using Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.

3+ years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated delivery using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Relevant training in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, databases, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, software testing, or AI-assisted development is preferred.
Certifications in cloud, software development, databases, DevOps, or related technologies are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a specific assignment.
