We are hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to join us on Synechron Serbia journey, to help us grow and empower our teams & projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate delivery teams in executing IT consulting projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, managing expectations,andmaintainingstrong stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to develop realistic delivery plans, monitorprogress, and adapt to changing requirements
Participate in architectural discussions and road map planning with technical leads and clients
Drive adoption of best practices in delivery methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identifyand mitigate risks early, resolve issues proactively, and ensure seamless project execution
Coach teams on delivery excellence, client communication, and effective stakeholder management
Contribute to the development of reusable assets, frameworks, and methods that improve delivery efficiency and quality
Your profile:
10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Extensive experience in delivering large-scale IT consulting or outsourcing projects, preferably in the financial industry
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple delivery teams and coordinate across various client engagements
Strong client-facing skills, including consulting, negotiation, and expectation management
Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
Excellent communication skills
Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments
Experience with enterprise software systems and large-scale system integrations is advantageous
Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve delivery planning, reporting, analysis, risk managementor team productivity
High-level technical knowledge in areas such as:
Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)
Modern software architectures such as Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Service-Oriented Architecture
GenAI (LLM, RAG etc.)
CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Data streaming and real-time processing platforms
