В ПРОЦЕССЕ РАБОТЫ НЕОБХОДИМО:

  • Коммуницировать со студентами ВУЗа, оказывать академическую помощь;
  • Оказывать помощь в организации пересдач дисциплин, практик, а также организации доп. занятий;
  • Мотивировать студентов на продолжение обучения, проведение работы над удержанием студенческого контингента;
  • Оказывать высокий уровень сервиса в сопровождении;
  • Участвовать в заседании экзаменационной комиссии в качестве секретаря;
  • Отвечать на запросы студентов, отчетность.

  • Высшее образование;
  • Опыт работы в клиентском сервисе;
  • Грамотная письменная и устная речь;
  • Умение работать в режиме многозадачности;
  • Умение выявлять и формировать потребности;
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК (Word, Excel, Outlook), знание 1С и Битрикс 24 будет преимуществом;
  • Умение работать с большим объёмом информации.

  • Заработная плата: фиксированная ставка 82 000 руб после вычета НДФЛ + ежеквартальные премии за показатели;

  • Заработная плата выплачивается 2 раза в месяц на банковскую карту, без задержек, оформление по ТК с первого рабочего дня;
