- Voorbereiding van werkspapiere vir finansiële state.
- Ondersteuning met BTW-, PAYE- en ander statutêre opgawes en indienings.
- Hulp met die voorbereiding en indiening van inkomstebelastingopgawes waar nodig.
- Verseker dat kliëntelêers volledig, netjies en op datum gehou word.
- Kommunikasie met kliënte rakende uitstaande dokumentasie en finansiële inligting.
- Ondersteuning tydens oudits en onafhanklike oorsigte.
- Algemene administratiewe en rekeningkundige ondersteuning aan die span.
- Handhawing van vertroulikheid ten opsigte van kliënte-inligting.
- Verseker nakoming van relevante wetgewing, regulasies en interne prosesse.
Minimum vereistes
- Matriek / Graad 12.
- Naskoolse kwalifikasie in Rekeningkunde, Finansies of soortgelyke rigting.
- 2-4 jaar toepaslike ondervinding in ’n rekenmeestersfirma of soortgelyke omgewing.
- Goeie kennis van basiese rekeningkundige beginsels.
- Ervaring met rekeningkundige sagteware.
- Vaardigheid in Microsoft Excel, Word en Outlook.
- Goeie administratiewe en organisatoriese vermoë
