Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng
Reporting to: Internal Auditing Manager
Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Analytics Internal Auditor to join our Financial Services team. As the AI Analytics Internal Auditor, you will work closely with the Internal Audit and Analytics teams to identify risks, address gaps, and integrate advanced analytics and modelling into the audit approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support the adoption of AI and data models for audit efficiency.
- Execute data analytics projects and provide technical expertise on data requirements.
- Develop and implement data analytics solutions to support audit engagements.
- Collaborate with audit teams to embed analytics into audit processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on analytics tools and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required Qualifications: Matric, B Com (Accounting & Law), BSc (Computer Science).
- Preferred Qualifications: Certificates/Certification, Undergraduate Degrees.
- Skills: Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with data analytics software (Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, Idea, R, and/or Python.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience, with 3 years as a data analyst and 1 year as an AI Builder.
