HR LOGISTICS CONTROLLER

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Logistics Controller to join our team in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. As the HR Logistics Controller, you will play a key role in facilitating recruitment, selection, induction, and on-boarding processes within the company. You will be responsible for managing all HR processes in the employment cycle while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage appointments, transfers, and promotions effectively
• Handle employee relations and represent the company in CCMA conciliations & arbitrations
• Administer employee benefits and guide management in disciplinary processes
• Provide HR support in the operations department
• Advise on performance management and promote employee engagement
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Competencies

• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in HR role
• Strong understanding of SA Labour legislation
• Experience in Industrial relations and CCMA proceedings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
