Who We're Looking For
The Customer Account Manager II is a mid-level, customer-facing role responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, driving customer success, and supporting revenue growth. This position handles more complex tasks and customer interactions, actively contributes to onboarding and implementation, and serves as a primary point of contact for standard accounts.-

Scope of the Role:
- Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Learn and utilize Syniverse’s engagement and messaging platforms.
- Report customer metrics to internal and external audiences.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and identify areas for value and growth.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and reviews.
- Support implementation teams with escalations.
- Manage special customer requests from initiation to billing.
- Resolve onboarding issues, documenting outcomes for knowledge sharing.
- Develop use cases and contribute to marketing presentations.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date customer documentation, including CRM (Salesforce.com).
- Monitor and report customer success KPIs.
- Identify and communicate best practices for improving customer service.
- Assist in business reviews and operational presentations.
- Collaborate with accounting for collections.
- Proactively suggest measures for enhancing service delivery.
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
- BS/BA degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer onboarding.

- Strong interpersonal, team, and communication skills.
- Analytical and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective business writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop working relationships quickly.
- Proactive in addressing client needs.
