You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Providing expertise for test solutions during design planning, budgeting, and implementation.

* Conducting test methodology design rules checking during RTL coding stages.

* Implementing and validating DFT techniques such as scan compression, core wrapping, and logic & memory Built-In Self-Test (BIST).

* Generating and validating Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) patterns, including advanced fault models.

* Participating in customer design and flow reviews to ensure seamless integration.

* Analyzing and debugging diagnostics to resolve technical issues efficiently.

* Supporting tape-out readiness by delivering high-quality test logic and test patterns.

What You’ll Need:

* BSc with 7+ years/MSc with 5+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields of study.

* Experience with RTL coding, DFT insertion, scan synthesis, ATPG, and MBIST architecture planning.

* Excellent knowledge in pattern generation and silicon bring-up processes.

* Strong understanding of protocols like 1149.x, 1500 ad 1687.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You will join the Test Applications Engineering team under the Technical Sales Group at Synopsys. This team is at the forefront of delivering comprehensive DFT solutions, working closely with customers to integrate, validate, and bring up silicon designs. Collaborating with Solution Architects, you will help develop and productize next-gen test technologies, driving innovation and excellence in the field.
