Intern - Insurance

As part of our team, you will support research, analysis, and project activities across key insurance domains including digital transformation, customer journeys, distribution, underwriting, claims, regulatory compliance, and data-driven business transformation. You will collaborate closely with consulting professionals and subject matter experts, contributing to client deliverables, market research, and business development initiatives while building a strong foundation in insurance consulting

Responsibilities

• Research emerging trends within the insurance industry, including digital transformation, AI, data analytics, embedded insurance, and InsurTech innovation.
• Analyze market developments across Life, Health, and General Insurance sectors and identify strategic implications for insurers.
• Support consulting engagements focused on customer experience, policy administration, distribution optimization, underwriting, and claims transformation.
• Conduct research on regulatory developments impacting insurance companies across APAC markets. Assist in developing client presentations, business cases, and project deliverables.
• Support data analysis activities, including customer, claims, underwriting, and operational performance insights.
• Support business development initiatives through market research, proposal preparation, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (preferably in your 3rd or 4th year).
• Strong interest in insurance, financial services, consulting, or business transformation.
• Previous internship experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Consulting, or Technology is advantageous but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to rapidly understand complex business situations and conduct structured analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Must be available to start ASAP
