Als Senior DCS Software Engineer werk je op het snijvlak van software en industriële automatisering. Je gebruikt je technische ervaring om DCS-software te ontwikkelen en verder te brengen. Dat vraagt om iemand die overzicht houdt, technische keuzes zorgvuldig afweegt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de kwaliteit van het werk. Functie-inhoud
- Je ontwikkelt en werkt DCS-software uit, passend bij de technische vraagstukken die binnen de functie aan bod komen.
- Je vertaalt technische uitgangspunten naar softwarematige oplossingen en bewaakt daarbij de samenhang tussen ontwerp en uitvoering.
- Je neemt als senior verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van je eigen engineeringwerk.
- Je gebruikt je ervaring met automatisering om technische keuzes te onderbouwen en oplossingen zorgvuldig af te wegen.
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt ervaring op seniorniveau binnen software engineering en kunt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor je werk.
- Je hebt kennis van DCS-software of bent vertrouwd met de technische principes van distributed control systems.
- Je hebt affiniteit met industriële automatisering en begrijpt hoe software daarin een technische rol vervult.
- Je kunt technische onderwerpen helder bespreken en je keuzes onderbouwen richting collega’s en betrokkenen.
