SYNTAX IT Group is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Sales Development & Customer Account Manager, with extensive knowledge of the IT sector, to join our Sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and cultivate strong relationships to achieve long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT stakeholders to identify the business value of our IT solutions and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Pursue new opportunities for business development within existing and potential customer networks.
- Manage and develop business relationship with the assigned clients.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to set and track ambitious sales targets aligned with company objectives and provide timely reports offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- MBA or M.Sc. will be considered a plus.
- Proven work experience as Sales Account Manager within the IT sector.
- Strong English Communication Skills at a Professional Level, both Written and Verbal, are required.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Good understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
