About Syntra

Syntra is building the intelligence layer for medical charts: a unified system of record that aggregates data across point solutions and enables AI agents to automate administrative work. Our customers start with Syntra’s chart and claim audit and build additional agents from there.

We have a in person engineering and product team in San Francisco.

Traction snapshot:

• We launched 1 year ago. Syntra processes $200M+ insurance collections annually and over 1M new patient encounters.
• We consistently grow bookings or live revenue by at least 10-25% a month.
• We are on track to 8-10x bookings y/y by the end of ‘26.
• 80% of Syntra customers buy more Syntra software and 30% more than double their spend in the first year.

About the role

You will get to work on agent systems that process hundreds of millions of medical collections across millions of patient encounters.

There are both clinical and administrative AI related applications that we build on top of the core intelligence layer for our customers, and you will get to build the infrastructure to process the unstructured data to best apply to those downstream workflows.
