Jouw taken:
Als onderdeel van het telesalesteam en rapporterend aan de telesalesmanager, ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het verwerken van bestellingen van klanten binnen jouw portefeuille, evenals alle digitale bestellingen (fax/e-mail/EDI),
- Het beheren van de dienst na verkoop (behandeling van kortingen, digitale bestellingen, klachten en geschillen)
- Opvolging van kwaliteitsklachten
Jouw profiel:

- Je staat bekend om je luistervaardigheid en je goede omgang met verschillende soorten klanten,
- Je werkt graag in teamverband,
- Je beheerst klantcontacttechnieken via de telefoon en bent vertrouwd met IT- en telefonietools,
- Je bent nauwkeurig, diplomatisch, klantgericht en goed georganiseerd,
- Je beheerst het Microsoft Office-pakket,
- Je hebt kennis van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften voor voedingsmiddelen en van de koudeketen, volgens de ISO 22000-norm.
- Je bent tweetalig (FR-NL), Engels is een troef.
