急成長中のスタートアップ環境である当社の、AI駆動型プロダクトのバックエンド開発を担うシニアバックエンドエンジニア・フルスタックエンジニアを募集します。

TypeScript・Pythonを中心に、Azure・Google Cloud・AWS等のマネージドサービスを活用し、AI技術と深く統合されたスケーラブルなバックエンドシステムの設計・実装・運用を一任できる方を歓迎します。

具体業務内容

・AIを自立稼働させて以下の作業をAIに実行させるための環境整備（ハーネスエンジニアリング）

・バックエンドAPIの設計・開発・保守

・ AI/LLMを活用した機能の実装と最適化

・データベース設計とパフォーマンス最適化

・Azure OpenAI、Google Vertex AI、Anthropicとの統合

・リアルタイム音声ストリーミング処理基盤の開発

・データベース設計とパフォーマンス最適化

・外部サービス連携の開発

・監視・パフォーマンス改善

・コードレビュー、テスト設計、ドキュメント整備
