About the Team
The Retirement & Multi-Asset Product team sits at the intersection of investment innovation, client needs, and global growth. The team partners closely with Multi-Asset investment teams, Global Retirement Strategy, Global Product, and Distribution leaders around the world to design, launch, and evolve solutions that help clients achieve better outcomes in retirement and beyond. The work spans business analysis, strategy, product development, and competitive insights.
Role Summary
Supports product strategy, management, development, and positioning for T. Rowe Price Multi-Asset strategies. The Analyst will collaborate with Investment Leadership, Portfolio Managers, Product teams, Portfolio Specialists, Marketing, Legal, and Distribution Channels to ensure strategies are competitively positioned and supported by robust analytics. This role combines product analysis, project management, and business intelligence capabilities, requiring the ability to work with large and complex datasets, develop dashboards and visualization tools, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders. The analyst will identify opportunities, evaluate alternative approaches, and support cross-functional teams in implementing data-driven solutions that enhance product decision-making and business outcomes.
This position will be based at our Harbor Point office in Baltimore, with 4 days/week in office.
Responsibilities
Support product strategy and decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and similar tools.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights.
Translate data into clear visual stories and actionable recommendations for product, investment, and distribution teams.
Evaluate product performance, competitive positioning, market trends, and client behavior using internal and external data sources.
Partner with stakeholders to design reporting solutions that improve transparency and decision-making.
Support product lifecycle initiatives, including product launches, enhancements, and ongoing management.
Drive process improvements through automation, scalable reporting, and data visualization best practices.
Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and analytical materials for leadership and governance forums.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with large, complex datasets.
Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, Snowflake, Alteryx, or similar technologies.
Ability to transform complex data into intuitive visual insights and business recommendations.
Experience with data extraction, validation, analysis, and reporting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and interest in automation and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business intelligence reporting.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
CFA, CAIA (or progression toward designation).
Experience with Morningstar, eVestment, or similar investment research platforms.
Interest in multi-asset investing, retirement solutions, and financial markets.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$77,000.00 - $131,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$84,500.00 - $144,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one componentof our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determinedupon company and individual performance.
