Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Assume operative responsibility and maintain authorization to make decisions on designated topics
- Identify, address, and resolve all deficiencies in service quality and operational performance
- Identify automation measures and process efficiency improvements to optimize workflows
- Solve operative and technical problems and develop effective solutions
- Coordinate daily responsibilities within the team based on daily agenda and priorities
- Conduct training for new team members and refresh training sessions for existing staff
- Prepare and analyze KPI reporting and performance metrics
- Process customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as SPOC for escalations, providing first and second level support for escalated issues
- Coordinate month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage mail and telephone communication with customers as second level support
- Support other projects and transition initiatives as assigned
- Perform internal control system (ICS) controls and compliance reviews
- Perform financial reconciliation and account management to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain detailed documentation and records in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Execute ad-hoc and regular accounting requests and tasks as needed.
