Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our PEO (Professional Employer Organisation) product offerings. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining and executing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launches. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the PEO industry, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends in the PEO industry.
• Product Roadmap: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business impact.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Product Development: Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to oversee product development and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Competitive Analysis: Analyse competitor products and offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and product improvement.
• Product Launch: Lead product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key product performance metrics and analyse data to measure product success and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Customer Feedback: Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and use customer insights to improve product features and user experience.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, milestones, priorities, and roadmaps effectively to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager within the PEO industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products.
