Advertising Account Manager - South Cone

As an Advertising Account Manager on the Advertising Enterprise team in our Sao Paulo Office, you’ll play a vital role in working closely with the sales team, brand and agency clients, to create campaigns that get great results, and manage those clients post-sale. You will thrive in this role if you love developing strong relationships with clients, helping them to solve problems and reach their marketing goals. 

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a client-facing, revenue generating or analytics role, preferably in digital media but not required
• Ability to provide world-class client service while keeping an eye on growing revenue
• Ability to monitor and identify trends in data and generate reports with actionable data insights for clients
• You’re a natural collaborator, able to work with anyone to reach a common goal
• Demonstrated track record of managing enterprise clients with substantial monthly ad spend and maintaining low churn rates
• In-depth understanding of digital tracking, attribution, and web/app analytics
• Proven ability to navigate complex agency structures and negotiate with senior decision-makers
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience with programmatic native platforms, DSPs, or SSPs
• An established network of digital media leads and agency contacts in Argentina and the broader South Cone region

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Manager,  you’ll bring value by:

• Managing a portfolio of high-tier enterprise accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, expanding campaign scope, and maximizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
• Leading Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with C-level stakeholders, agency leads, and brand directors to align Taboola's solutions with clients' core business KPIs
• Overseeing campaign setup, technical onboarding, attribution tracking, and ongoing optimization utilizing Taboola’s SmartBid, Target CPA, and native ad solutions
• Establishing and scaling strategic relationships across major agency holding companies and programmatic trading desks
• Partnering with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Creative Strategy teams to solve complex integration challenges and drive product adoption
