As an Agency Development Director, DACH on the DACH Enterprise Advertiser team in our DACH Offices, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and elevating our agency business development in the DACH region, strengthening Taboola's sales and partnership efforts with new and existing agencies in the market. We need a person who knows how to drive and develop trading partnerships with major global companies and large local agencies in conjunction with the Managing Director and Sales Director. You will be heavily supported by all teams at Taboola (Management, Sales, AM, Product, Finance, Legal, etc.) and you will navigate an internal matrix organization where communication, experience, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and grit are key.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 7+ years of experience and extensive knowledge in the digital marketing and ad tech industry.
• A deep rolodex of senior contacts and decision makers in the market.
• Energy, drive and passion to boost an already successful market step onto the next level, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for a bigger purpose.
• Outstanding persuasive communication and presentation skills communicating complex solutions.
• Proven ability to drive and develop trading partnerships with major global companies and large local agencies.

Bonus points if you have:

• Proven ability to navigate in an internal matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Management, Sales, AM, Product, Finance, Legal, etc.).

How you'll make an impact:

Collaborating with the Managing Director, Sales Director, Group Account Director and their teams, as well as other stakeholders of the business to:

• Leverage the existing network and expand it to introduce and evangelize Taboola as a must buy partner.
• Own the service management for all agency trading partnerships.
• Support the local teams with the fulfilling of existing partnerships, working with sales, marketing and product to develop existing relationships into longer lasting ones.
• Create and lead initiatives and influence the teams on the ground to successfully achieve partnerships and revenue targets.
• Unlock new revenue streams to support the market to achieve the quarterly quotas.
• Identify revenue and partnerships opportunities in the market, define and execute plans with the local team to successfully onboard those.
• Support discussions with media agency decision makers on the tactics of using Taboola for their clients.
