International Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for global markets such as the US, UK, and Canadian regions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing niche talent across various domains.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international clients (primarily US/UK/EMEA/APAC markets).
• Source candidates using portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other global platforms.
• Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Ensure a high level of candidate experience and engagement.
• Work on contract, C2C, W2 and full-time roles (especially for US staffing).
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS tools (Zoho, Greenhouse, Taleo, etc. ).
• Meet hiring targets and adhere to SLAs/TATs.
• Stay updated with global hiring trends and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in international recruitment.
• Strong experience in international staffing (US/UK hiring preferred).
• Good understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc. ) for US recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (for US market) if required.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS tools and recruitment databases.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree (MBA/HR preferred).
• Experience in IT for global clients.
