Associate Advertising Sales Manager, Growth – Spanish-Speaking Americas

As an Associate Advertising Sales Manager working on the Growth Advertisers team in our São Paulo office, you will help drive new business across Spanish-Speaking Americas (SAM).

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys prospecting, discovering new opportunities and building relationships from the ground up.

You will focus heavily on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation while developing the skills and industry knowledge needed to progressively own the full sales cycle.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, sales development or another client-facing commercial role
• Fluent or native Spanish is a must
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong interest in outbound prospecting and new business development
• Confidence proactively reaching out to prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Curiosity and resourcefulness when researching companies, industries and potential business opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivation to create opportunities rather than rely only on inbound leads
• Persistence and resilience when prospecting and following up with potential clients
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly, take feedback and adapt your approach
• Comfort working toward commercial targets in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, curious and results-oriented mindset
• Strong interest in advertising, media and technology

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in digital advertising, media, technology or SaaS
• Previous outbound prospecting experience
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
• Experience working with clients across Latin America
• Portuguese proficiency

As an Associate Advertising Sales Manager, you’ll bring value by:

• Proactively identifying and prospecting high-potential advertisers and agencies across Spanish-Speaking Americas
• Building a qualified pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, networking and industry research
• Researching markets, companies and verticals to uncover new and untapped business opportunities
• Finding creative ways to open conversations with prospective clients and generate interest in Taboola
• Qualifying opportunities based on Taboola’s ICPs, spend potential, market readiness and likelihood to scale
• Understanding prospective clients’ business models, objectives and media strategies to identify where Taboola can add value
• Supporting and progressively owning sales conversations, pitches, follow-ups, negotiations and closing
• Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and clear next steps across all opportunities
• Consistently developing product, industry and market knowledge to become a strong commercial partner to prospective clients
• Collaborating with experienced sellers and Account Managers to develop strategies for high-potential opportunities
• Sharing prospect feedback and market insights with the broader Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Product teams
• Maintaining consistent prospecting activity and pipeline generation against commercial goals
