Job Overview:

A Regional Sales Director in the 4G cellular security camera space drives commercial revenue by selling hardware and cellular data packages to enterprise, industrial, and government sectors. The role focuses heavily on B2B territory expansion across off-grid industries like construction, defense, agriculture, and law enforcement.

Responsibilities:

• Revenue Strategy:  Execute a regional sales plan to hit hardware quotas and recurring monthly cellular data subscription (SaaS) targets.
• Team Leadership:  Recruit, train, and manage field sales reps, account executives, and technical sales specialists across the territory.
• Channel Distribution:  Expand relationships with industrial distributors, security integrators, telecommunication carriers, and retail partners.
• Enterprise Accounts:  Negotiate complex, high-volume contracts directly with C-level executives in construction, oil and gas, and municipal infrastructure.
• Pipeline Governance:  Oversee accurate forecasting, market trends, and CRM data management to optimize long enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements:

• Experience:  8+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role within physical security, IoT, telecommunications, or hardware-as-a-service (HaaS).
• Network Industry Knowledge:  Deep understanding of cellular connectivity (4G-LTE/5G), cloud video management systems (VMS), and IoT hardware ecosystems.
• Proven Track Record:  Demonstrated history of building commercial channels and closing multi-year enterprise contracts.
• Travel:  Ability to travel 40% to 50% within the assigned region for field deployment, client negotiations, and industry trade shows.
