We are now seeking aSales Engineer who will play a key role in transforming our customers' businesses by showcasing the full value of the Tacton platform. You'll bridge the gap between innovative technology and real-world business challenges, playing a pivotal role in driving customer success. Your impact will be felt across our sales process, ensuring that every solution delivers tangible value to our clients.

The Role

In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, helping prospects and customers understand the measurable business value our solutions create - from faster, more accurate quoting to stronger margins - and how they can transform their businesses.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges, tailor presentations, and deliver value-driven demonstrations that connect our solutions to the customer's business outcomes.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise on the Tacton platform - spanning buyer engagement (CPQ), Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Configured Order Fulfillment (COF) - including features, benefits, and integrations.
• Show customers how Tacton's digital thread connects the full product lifecycle - from how products are defined in engineering to how they are configured, sold, and delivered - creating one connected source of configuration truth.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions to help customers overcome their business challenges.
• Engage with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle, answering technical questions and addressing implementation concerns.
• Lead proof of value (POV) engagements, supported by business cases, that demonstrate the measurable impact of our solutions for the customer.
• Independently manage and drive technical engagements across your accounts, taking ownership of sales engineering activities and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or similar role, preferably within complex B2B solutions and ideally in a SaaS or CPQ environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and configuration methodologies in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and demonstrate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and/or CPQ systems.
• Background in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or a solid understanding of how products are defined and managed in engineering.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
