Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage daily procurement and purchasing activities, develop supplier relationships, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and coordination skills, and be fluent in both Chinese and Arabic. Knowledge of English and familiarity with the Saudi supplier market will be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct price comparisons.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other

commercial conditions.

• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely

delivery.

• Monitor market prices and identify suitable suppliers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Previous 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and local suppliers is an advantage.
