  • Duale Hochschule: DHBW Ravensburg (Standort Friedrichshafen)
  • DHBW-Phasen (Theorie) und Einsatz im Betrieb (Praxis) im 3-6 monatigen Wechsel
  • Ausführliche Einführungswochen
  • Förderung der persönlichen, sozialen und methodischen Kompetenzen
  • Arbeitszeit: 37,5 h pro Woche mit Gleitzeit
  • 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr
  • Ausbildungsvergütung (nach IGBCE-Tarif):
  • 1. Ausbildungsjahr: € 1.260,-/Monat
  • 2. Ausbildungsjahr: € 1.326,-/Monat
