Carl Zeiss CMP GmbH gehört zum globalen ZEISS Fertigungsnetzwerk und bietet Leistungen rund um die Entwicklung und Produktion von optomechanischen und optoelektronischen Modulen Komponenten. Ihre Rolle

  • Arbeitspläne zur Fertigung optischer und mechanischer Einzelteile und Baugruppen erstellen, inklusive Steuerungssoftware (PPS)
  • Fertigungsvorrichtungen, Werkzeuge, Justier- und Prüfmittel planen
  • Eigen- und Fremdfertigung kalkulieren
  • Fertigungsprozessanalyse zu Zeitdaten und Qualitätssicherung sowie Prozessablaufplanung durchführen
  • Fertigungsversuche von Neuanläufen initiieren, überwachen und Ergebnisse analysieren
  • Herstellkostenabweichungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling analysieren und eigenverantwortlich Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung erarbeiten und umsetzen
  • Entwicklungsprojekte als Teilprojektverantwortliche/r gestalten und Entwicklung/Konstruktion unterstützen
  • Prüfanweisungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion und Entwicklung erarbeiten
  • Reklamationen prüfen, analysieren und Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung ableiten

Als Fertigungsplaner/in sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion und gestalten von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife maßgeblich mit. Dabei bringen Sie die Machbarkeit, Qualität und Kosten in Einklang und machen Visionen greifbar.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare ingenieurwissenschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen (Feinmechanik, optoelektronische Baugruppen/Module) wünschenswert
  • REFA-Grundausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise und hohes Engagement bei der Lösung komplexer Aufgaben im Fertigungsprozess
  • Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
