You will play a critical role in building and operating reporting solutions, managing data quality, conducting analysis, and supporting advanced analytics initiatives. Working closely with Procurement, Risk & Sustainability, Category Management, Digital Enablement, and business stakeholders, you will help establish a robust intelligence capability that drives transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the procurement organization.

How You Will Contribute

  • Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports sustainability, supplier risk management, supplier performance monitoring, and procurement decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reporting packs and dashboards for leadership and operational stakeholders, ensuring usability, transparency, and self-service capabilities.
  • Manage recurring reporting cycles, ensuring reports are delivered on schedule and supported by appropriate validation and quality checks.
  • Integrate data from internal systems and external sources, including supplier assessment platforms, sustainability data providers, risk-monitoring tools, spend systems, and manual submissions.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain metric definitions, calculation methodologies, data dictionaries, business rules, and supporting documentation to enable consistent reporting and governance.
  • Conduct supplier, category, and portfolio analyses focused on sustainability performance, emissions, supplier risk exposure, risk trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, concentrations, emerging risks, and performance gaps, translating findings into actionable business insights.
  • Prepare clear visualizations, presentations, summaries, and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership audiences.
  • Support predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and AI-enabled initiatives through data preparation, feature development, testing activities, and validation support.
  • Assist in model testing, monitoring, documentation, and validation to ensure data integrity and responsible use of analytics solutions.
  • Embed approved analytical models into recurring reporting and monitoring processes to support ongoing business decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify reporting and analytics requirements, align on scope and priorities, and deliver solutions that address business needs.
  • Maintain visibility of analytics requests, dependencies, delivery timelines, and progress through a transparent workload and backlog management approach.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate insight generation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen Procurement’s ESG and supplier risk intelligence capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and developing dashboards, datasets, reporting solutions, and analytics products used by senior stakeholders.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with business intelligence and visualization tools, including dashboard development and reporting automation.
  • Advanced SQL capabilities and strong experience working with structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating, validating, reconciling, and managing data from multiple internal systems and external platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience conducting supplier, category, spend, risk, or sustainability analyses in a business environment.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting requirements, supplier sustainability metrics, supplier performance management, or third-party risk management processes.

  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, AI-supported analytics, or scenario modeling techniques preferred.
  • Experience with Python, R, automation solutions, or data pipeline development is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with procurement, supplier management, Source-to-Pay, or ERP data environments is preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated-industry experience is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling visualizations and communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and governance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple deliverables in a complex global environment.
